Our Enterprise Brand is for customers in long-term agreements. NetDNA customers benefit from dedicated priority support (eg. direct contact info for engineers and support personnel) as well as priority development for new feature requests. Agreements are for a certain term (such as 12 months) and include minimum monthly bandwidth commitment.
MaxCDN
Pay-as-you-go brand, customers refill their bandwidth as their needs arise. The bandwidth purchased is good for 12-months after purchase. MaxCDN is self-service, customers are responsible for implementation. Dedicated support is not included with MaxCDN. And MaxCDN customer feature requests are given a development priority below those of NetDNA Enterprise agreement clients.
HDDN
Our Video-on-demand solution (this brand only serves video content), customers receive a package of bandwidth and storage per month for a recurring subscription. HDDN offers four packages depending on customers bandwidth and storage needs. Special packages are available if additional bandwidth or storage is needed.
